Shine Childrens Home


At Shine Children’s Home, we mainly focus on the children whose parents are Resttrust with HIV+ and unable to provide proper care and love to the child. At present there are 25 children in this Orphanage between the age group of 6 to 13years. The Children are provided with Uniforms, books, bags, shoes, medical care, balanced diet etc. All the children go to the schools where the standard of education is very high. These children are first generation readers, apart from academics due importance is given to teach them life skills, social, moral, spiritual values in the home.

Adarane Health Awareness Program And Eye Checkup Program


These days health is the main factor in rural and slum areas. There is no knowledge about this with the common people. In this context Resttrust Charitable Trust as a joint venture with different hospital take interest to provide good treatment to illness and other health problems. We also conduct awareness program for AIDS patients. A Mega medical camp is organized in a designated location and people from different parts of Bangalore attended the camp. Around 1500 people were examined by eminent doctors from the well known hospitals in the city and benefited by the treatments.

Adarane Supplementary Education Centers


Education is the most powerful element. The Resttrust charitable Trust give opportunity to the poor and needy children’s to learn good education. There are 20 centers around Bangalore with 20 teachers and 700 students are being benefited. The teachers are former children of the trust and they serve with honorarium.

ACT Community Development Program


Resttrust Charitable Trust provides provision and cloths to the poor persons who lives in slums and platform and who dont have proper shelter in near by areas. The Survey is conducted in the slums and surrounding rural areas of Bangalore. Every month a group of volunteers visit these areas and distribute the provision and cloths to the poor and needy people. Around 25 to 30 families are being benefited by this activity.
